Dr Taiwo Obomon is an optometrist with experience in ocular health and hospital administration. She holds an OD (Uniben), a Certificate in Entrepreneurial Management (Lagos Business School) and a PGD in Hospital Administration and Management (LASUTH). She is currently the Medical Director at Doro Eye Clinic, and Youth Leader at Grace Finisher's Assembly.

She is passionate about advancing the course of optometry, preventing avoidable blindness, and building individuals - especially young people - who are well rounded and take a holistic approach to life.

Dr Ene-Inyang Emmanuel is an accomplished optometrist and the Medical Director of Elyon Eye Clinic. A Doctor of Optometry by training, he combines clinical excellence with strong practice management skills.

Driven by a passion for professional stewardship, he has been at the forefront of optometry advocacy and the successful organisation of regional professional conferences. His commitment remains to elevate optometry through leadership, advocacy and service.

Dr Sarah Adeyinka-Odedoyin is an optometrist with over 17 years of experience in primary eye care and preventive vision loss strategies. She holds a Doctor of Optometry (OD) from Abia State University and is currently the CEO of Aurora Eyecare Ltd.

She is passionate about preventive eye care advocacy, community enlightenment, women's empowerment and youth development. She has contributed to professional leadership serving in this same office, and as a faculty member of the Opoloatiewa Women Empowerment Initiative, and is committed to advancing optometry through proactive eye care interventions and public awareness campaigns to eradicate avoidable blindness.

Dr Dawodu Peace Efi (OD, MSc PH, MPA) is a licensed optometrist, public health practitioner and healthcare leader with expertise in eye care, health management and community health. With several certifications from global institutions, she serves as Head of Unit, Aviation Medical Clinics Eye Clinic (FAAN), having led the establishment of the eye clinic and shaped its operational framework.

She is passionate about eye health advocacy, professional development, leadership and community impact. She serves on the boards of select non-governmental organisations and continues to contribute to the advancement of optometry and public health through education, advocacy, leadership and service. Beyond healthcare, she is a speaker, podcast host, diction coach, mentor and advocate for purposeful living.

Dr Gloria Okoekhian-Ogulu (OD, FAAO, FIAO, EMBA) is the Chief Executive Optometrist at Vista Eye Centre Ltd in Lagos and the Immediate Past Chairperson of the Nigerian Optometric Association, Lagos State Chapter. With nearly three decades of clinical experience, she specialises in primary eye care, binocular vision, paediatric optometry, myopia control and dry eye management, having led major strategic initiatives to elevate eye-care delivery across the state.

A passionate advocate for preventing avoidable blindness, she drives community outreach focused on early detection and preventive vision care. By merging deep clinical expertise with executive leadership, she remains dedicated to expanding access to high-quality, patient-centred eye care throughout Nigeria.
