Lagos Island, Ikoyi, Victoria Island, Lekki, Ajah, Obanikoro and the coastal stretch east to Epe.
The Island zone covers the longest road distance of the four. Traffic on the Lekki–Epe expressway makes proximity matter more here than anywhere else in the state, so the neighbourhood filter is worth using: an optometrist in Ajah and one in Ikoyi are a very different journey even though both sit in this zone.
